Move your keywords
from Wincher to Rankplain.

Keep your familiar keyword list and groups. Review the import first, then start a fresh ranking history in your store’s workspace.

Open the Wincher importer
  1. Save your exports.

While you have access to Wincher, download a keyword CSV for each website you want to move. Include groups if the export provides them. Save any historical reports separately: Rankplain does not import Wincher positions or history.

  2. Choose the matching search scope.

Create your Rankplain account or log in. The importer opens after signup, so you can move straight to your keyword import. Enter the website domain and select the same country and desktop or mobile device as your Wincher project.

If the website already exists in Rankplain, match its existing country and device. New keywords are added without replacing saved rankings.

  3. Upload and review.

Choose a CSV up to 2 MB. The importer supports comma, semicolon and tab separators, including quoted fields. Select the keyword column and, if present, the group column. Review the preview and choose the keywords to save.

Duplicate rows and keywords already tracked are skipped. Empty keywords, keywords over 200 characters and groups over 80 characters are flagged in the skipped-row count. You can correct the source file and upload it again.

Trials include one website and up to 25 keywords. Larger lists can be previewed; select up to your available limit. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

  4. Add competitors and confirm.

Copy up to five competitor domains from Wincher, one per line, into the optional competitor field. Confirm the selected keyword import. If saving fails, the importer keeps your preview so you can try again after resolving the error.

  5. Request your first ranking check.

Open the imported website’s rankings and request a refresh. Imported keywords begin as “Not checked yet.” Fresh Google checks start the history shown in Rankplain.
