Using Rankplain
Rankplain is an ecommerce SEO service operated by Rank Enabled Ltd. These terms apply when you use our website, demo, or workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Rankplain for a business, you must have permission to act for that business.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and only give access to people you authorise. You are responsible for activity under your account. Let us know if you suspect someone has accessed it without permission.
What the service provides
Rankplain helps you organise keywords, review saved search rankings, compare competing domains, and work with connected store data. Available features and allowances depend on your plan and the connections you enable.
Search results change by time, market, device, and provider. A keyword outside the results we retrieve may appear as unranked. Ranking data is a snapshot, not a promise of traffic, revenue, or a particular Google position. Demo data is illustrative.
Trials, plans & payments
Your signup or checkout screen explains the trial length, included features, usage allowances, and any price before you commit. A trial does not guarantee access to every paid feature. When a trial ends, continued access may require a paid plan.
If you purchase a subscription, the billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. We will not charge for a planned feature simply because it appears on a preview pricing page. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain available to you.
Use the service responsibly
Use Rankplain only for lawful purposes and for stores or accounts you are allowed to manage. Do not bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, share malicious content, or resell access without our agreement.
We may pause checks or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, or enforce the allowances of your plan.
Your data & connections
You retain ownership of the content and store data you provide. You give us permission to process it as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for having the rights to connect a store or third-party account. Those providers have their own terms, permissions, and availability. Disconnecting a provider stops future access through that connection; it does not automatically remove data already imported.
Our product & your reports
The Rankplain software, brand, design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service and its exports for your own business purposes, subject to these terms and the rights of any underlying data provider. This does not transfer ownership of the software or permit copying or reselling the service.
Availability & responsibility
We work to keep Rankplain useful and available, but interruptions, errors, and changes in third-party services can occur. Features may evolve, and we may retire a feature with reasonable notice where practical. Keep your own copies of reports you need.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on ranking estimates or for losses that applicable law allows us to exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using Rankplain at any time. Stopping use does not, by itself, cancel a paid subscription; use the cancellation process provided with your subscription. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it.
Updates & questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and notify account holders of material changes where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
